Introduction

User Registration
It is a requirement to be a registered user in order to ‘Save as Draft’ or ‘Submit’ a form. If you are already a registered user, you will be directed to enter your username and password when you ‘Save as Draft’ or ‘Submit’ the form. If you are not a Grants Online registered user, you will be directed to create a username and password when you ‘Save as Draft’ or ‘Submit’ the form.
