This application form is to be completed by applicants for RIOSC membership and associate membership.
Before completing this application form, you are strongly encouraged to read the:
    1.RIOSC Membership Guidelines; and
    2.Strategic Framework to Strengthen Victoria’s Social Cohesion and the Resilience of its Communities (the Framework).
Both documents are available at www.dpc.vic.gov.au/researchinstituteonsocialcohesion

Completed applications must be completed online by responding to the eligibility criteria set out below.All applications will be acknowledged by
email.

User Registration
It is a requirement to be a registered user in order to ‘Save as Draft’ or ‘Submit’ an application form. If you are already a registered user, you will be directed to enter your username and password when you ‘Save as Draft or ‘Submit’ the application. If you are not a registered user, you will be directed to create a username and password when you ‘Save as Draft’ or ‘Submit’ the application.
